This ensures your home is brought to maintenance level. We are unable to provide maintenance cleaning unless the home is already at this standard. A deep cleaning is essential to give your home a fresh start, with every area thoroughly cleaned at once. This allows us to maintain the quality of your home with regular maintenance cleaning and keep everything consistently clean and in great condition.

A maintenance cleaning is for homes that are cleaned on a regular, recurring schedule, such as every week or every other week. This type of cleaning is designed to maintain a home that is already at maintenance level. Once you’ve had a deep cleaning and set up regular maintenance cleaning, you will never need another deep cleaning because the maintenance cleaning keeps everything up.

Yes, if you’re set up on regular recurring service with us, you will have a cleaning technician assigned to your home, and that same technician will clean your home each time. The only exceptions are if the technician is out sick or on vacation, in which case we will send another trained professional in their place to ensure your home is cleaned on schedule.

We’re very pet-friendly! If you know that your pet is not friendly, we ask that you please lock them up during the cleaning to ensure everyone’s safety. However, if your pet is friendly, there’s no need to worry about putting them away while we’re there—we love pets and are happy to work around them.

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated! You can leave a tip for your cleaning technician in several ways:
